Qiantai Chemical's Polyester Bulking AgentQT-108 is specifically designed for the bulking finishing of polyester, polyester micro-denier fibers, mercerized yarns, and fabrics after garment mercerization. It imparts polyester fabrics with properties such as bulkiness, breathability, and hydrophilicity, while also providing certain anti-wrinkle and anti-static effects. This product is a non-ionic auxiliary agent that can be used in combination with most other agents and is also suitable for scouring-dyeing one-bath processes. The product is free from APEO and formaldehyde, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.

【Usage Methods】

Recommended Processes:

1. Dip Method

Process: Dip (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drain → Rinse → Dry

Dosage: 1.0～3.0% o.w.f

2. Padding Method

Process: (One dip-one nip, wet pick-up 70～80%) → Dry → Set

Dosage: 10～30g/L

Can be added during the dyeing process to improve hand feel and achieve anti-wrinkle properties.

Specific processes should be adjusted according to your company's existing procedures.

【Precautions】

1. Conduct small-scale tests first to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests in advance.

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area; protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
